Vermilion Food & Cinnabarr Drinks
Vermilion is a unique food, drink and socialising experience. Designed by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddha Bar, Paris and Alain Ducasse’s Crystal in Marrakech. Kitchen designed by Ken Winch of Buckingham Palace and lighting design by Firefly of Hakkasan.
The out-of-this-world £4.5 million Thai influenced Asian fusion restaurant near the City Of Manchester Stadium in Miles Platting, just 10 mins taxi ride from Piccadilly Station, is the most spectacular restaurant and bar to have ever opened in Manchester.
Like something out of a Bond movie, the incredibly impressive dining arena is without doubt one of the best in Europe and was designed by Miguel Cancio Martins, the design house behind the famous Buddha Bar in Paris, the Alain Ducasse Crystal restaurant in Marrakech and Johnny Depp, Sean Penn, John Malkovich and Mick Hucknall's Man Ray in Paris.
