The Middlewich Folk & Boat Festival brings together local, national and international folk artists for a weekend of live music, boats, dancers, food and more!
We’re bringing an artist on board (details to be released later ;-) with us as we journey from Manchester to Middlewich from Thursday to Friday, before spending the weekend moored right in the centre of Middlewich for the festival.

Accommodation on the Narrowboat (2x 4-berth mixed-sex bunk cabins)
FREE Tickets to Friday and Saturday night’s Main Events

Getting there and away:
Start Point: Castlefield Basin, Manchester. M1 2HG@ 10am
Wandering Duck will be moored in Castlefield Basin. Deansgate Train Station is a 5 minute walk away.
Finish Point: Trent & Mersey Canal, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9BD
We will be in Middlewich from Friday evening until Sunday at 12pm.
Holmes Chapel Train Station is a 10 minute drive from where there are trains back to Manchester. We can assist with arranging shared taxi’s from Middlewich to Holmes Chapel Station on Sunday (pay driver locally).
