Their ground floor bar and terrace takes it’s inspiration from “Bourbon” and American whiskeys, from eras both old and contemporary, specialising in unique and rare Bourbons, Rye and Sour Mash Whiskeys as well as a list of exclusive cocktails. A walk up the stairs leads to their first floor restaurant with theatre kitchen and eclectic lofty surroundings. Their open “Black” coal and wood burning flame grill is inspired by primitive cooking methods using locally sourced and seasonal products including a selection of meats, fish and bird. Chef’s Specials include slow cooked melt-in-your-mouth dishes as well as specials from our Smoker “Elizabeth” and a Bourbon & Black signature steak. They are Bourbon & Black… With everything else.
