A Taste of Food Sorcery – Live Music, Tipsy Tea Cocktails, Fab Food
At Food Sorcery we love all things local and when at a recent networking event Jo met some lovely local gents with a new brand and frankly a whole new concept, we thought we should have a look. Tipsy Tea combine three of life’s greatest pleasures; tea, alcohol & music…we are adding fabulous…food.
Here’s the plan… the cook school transforms to a bar, they bring the band and 3 of their fantastic cocktails… and our chef creates 3 gourmet dishes to match the flavours of the cocktails.
How do we describe the evening…it’s modern, michelin style food, in a great space with live music and some fabulous flavours! Not quite a restaurant, not quite a bar….somewhere in between.
